About the Role: Tech Recruiter (Contract 6 months)
Were looking for a passionate Tech Recruiter with 24 years of experience in end-to-end technology hiring. Youll partner with hiring managers and leadership to source engage and close top tech talent directly shaping the future of Fams tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening interviews offers closure).
-Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn InstaHyre GitHub job boards referrals and networks.
-Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
-Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication.
-Negotiate offers and drive smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
-Track and report hiring metrics to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
-24 years in tech recruitment (startup/product-based hiring preferred).
-Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter InstaHyre Naukri AngelList GitHub etc.
-Proven success in hiring across Engineering Product & Data roles.
-Ability to juggle multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Available to join immediately on a contract basis.
