As the Senior Administration & Customer Service Officer youll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly while being the first point of contact for our customers and stakeholders. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same from managing financial processes and supporting office systems to mentoring team members and delivering high quality frontline service. Youll work closely with managers and staff across Local Land Services ensuring our administration customer service and business support functions are efficient professional and responsive.

About the Role
In this role your responsibilities include;
- Develop and maintain administrative and financial systems including procurement asset control fleet management and other organisational support processes.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations such as timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Deliver frontline customer service providing consistent professional support to LLS management staff industry stakeholders and clients.
- Supervise and mentor team members guiding and supporting the customer service team to ensure responsive high-quality service.
- Undertake office management functions including records management board and meeting support correspondence financial reports and general administrative services
To be successful in this role you will need strong administrative financial and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively and support a team in a dynamic environment.
Key skills required:
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Strong administration and organisational skills including records and office management.
- Solid understanding of financial processes (accounts payable/receivable reporting compliance).
- Ability to mentor guide and support team members to achieve service excellence.
- Competence in using technology and systems to improve efficiency and support business outcomes
