Job Summary
Triad Investment Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our client service this role you will serve as a key point of contact for clients providing friendly professional and timely assistance across multiple communication channels. Youll ensure every interaction reflects our companys commitment to exceptional service and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email chat and phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services policies and account processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver fast effective solutions.
- Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure follow-up for client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or client support (finance banking or office environment preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM software Microsoft Office and email/chat systems.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and handle confidential information with care.
- Professional empathetic and client-focused attitude.
