Job Description

  • Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally with a focus on Queanbeyan Armidale Dubbo and Coffs Harbour Port Macquarie & Tamworth
  • Clerk Grade 5/6 Salary starting from $99938.00 super and leave loading

About the Role

The Assets Grants and Lending division of Enabling Services group are looking for a Business Analyst - Property Fleet Workplace to join their team on a temporary basis.

As a Business Analyst - Property Fleet Workplace youll play a critical role in supporting evidence-based decision-making across the Department. Your focus will be on collecting analysing and reporting on a broad range of property accommodation and fleet data to help inform planning operational and strategic decisions.

About You

Youre a curious detail-oriented and proactive person who thrives in a collaborative environment. You excel at turning data into meaningful insights and are confident working in dynamic settings where priorities and information can evolve.

You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to spot trends identify inconsistencies and uncover opportunities in data. With excellent communication skills you can translate complex information into clear user-friendly insights.

Youre confident using tools like Excel and MyWorkZone - Power BI & MyOutcomes experience an advantage but not essential. You prioritise clarity and usability in your work. You will build strong relationships across teams and manage multiple priorities with ease. Youre highly organised adaptable and always looking for ways to improve data quality streamline processes and support change.

Key knowledge and experience:
- Prior experience in a property fleet facility management and/or workplace services related role and/or business analyst role.

Alternatively if you do not meet the requirement for an ongoing appointment you may only be considered for a temporary appointment of up to 12 months.
