About the role:
As the Head of Human Resources you will be the key advisor to the leadership team driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for:
- Advising Partners and senior leaders on workforce planning talent management and culture initiatives.
- Managing HR systems policies and reporting.
- Overseeing recruitment onboarding and retention strategies to attract and grow top legal talent.
- Leading performance management career development frameworks and succession planning
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and best-practice HR standards
- Championing employee engagement wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives
The ideal candidate:
- Extensive HR leadership experience ideally gained within professional services or legal.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term planning.
