Job Description
Description of the role:
Findlay Subaru Prescott is seeking an Sales Consultant/Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while offering in-depth knowledge of our automotive products. This position involves actively engaging with customers to understand their needs providing recommendations and ultimately facilitating the sale of vehicles while delivering a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their specific automotive needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations
- Close sale and achieve monthly sales goals
- Offer test drives and facilitate vehicle sales
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new leads
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets/goals
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
