Description:
We are hiring for our client a top-tier law firm in Dublin who are seeking to appoint a Knowledge Lawyer Corporate to support their market-leading corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor who enjoys legal research staying ahead of developments in corporate law and contributing to the strategic growth of legal knowledge within a high-performing team.

The Role:
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and maintain internal knowledge systems
Draft and update precedent documents and legal templates
Provide technical legal support to fee earners assisting with complex queries and issues
Develop and deliver internal training sessions and support ongoing learning across the corporate team
Collaborate with other knowledge lawyers and contribute to broader firm-wide knowledge initiatives
The Person:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate law
Strong technical background and interest in legal research and writing
Prior experience as a knowledge lawyer is ideal but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised proactive and enthusiastic about continuous learning
