The Euronext Corporate Services team is composed of over 180 professionals that combine a strong local footprint across Europe with a deep understanding of global capital markets. They help organisations both listed and non-listed private and public make the most effective use of capital markets and run more efficiently.
Euronext Corporate Services already serves more than 4500 clients including over 1000 listed companies private companies advisors and public organisations. Our clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium France Italy Ireland Netherlands Norway Portugal) but also beyond (e.g. UK Nordics Spain Germany).
This unique and comprehensive value proposition is articulated around four main pillars:
- Governance : Our board portal solution iBabs help organizations to secure organize and run board meetings more efficiently (save time preparing agendas and board packs collaborate easily with annotations voting meeting summaries).
- Communication : We are the market leader in webinars and webcasts services for financial results internal communication marketing and external communication with our solution Company Webcast. We help our clients to increase their visibility engagement and international coverage. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies.
- Compliance : Our InsiderLog products offer a solution to automate the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors. Our tool aims to save time and ensure compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
- Investor Relations : Our Advisory team provides high-touch advisory market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets. Our tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement.

About Company Webcast
Company Webcast is looking for anenthusiastic and motivated Event Managers who wants to join our team. Company Webcast based in Capelle aan den IJssel provides high-end webcast and webinar solutions to more than 700 corporates and local governments through a state-of-the-art platform using the most advanced technology. We offer flexible and tailor-made formats depending on the customers needs i.e. video or audio webcasts on location conference call webcasts highly interactive professional studio webcasts and self-service webinar licences. Since February 2017 Company Webcast is part of the Euronext group and operates studios in Capelle aan den IJssel Amsterdam Brussel Paris London Milan and Frankfurt. As a successful event manager you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers webinars and webcasts. For many of our customers the webinar world is new and you will be the one who helps them through all the processes and makes them feel at ease.
About the role
As a successful Event Manager you manage multiple projects from the point the deal has been closed by sales - to delivery of the event itself. A successful event manager will play an essential role in Company Webcast as the person will have a direct impact on the success of customers webinars and webcasts.
Your key accountabilities
- You step in right after the sale is closed.
- Guide the customers through the entire operational and logistical process.
- Inspire the customer with Company Webcasts tips & tricks that help customers success.
- Working with C-level in some projects.
- Coordination of the technical crew (director producer support) or any other supplier.
- Help us identify new market developments so we can stay future proof for our customers.
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Have a commercial/professional attitude highly customer-oriented.
Your profile
As a successful event manager you are able to keep several balls in the air simultaneously and maintain a good overview. You strive to achieve the best result together with the client. You are client-oriented creative and a true team player.
- At least a higher professional level (Bachelor)
- Work experience in the area of project management.
- Experience with streaming video/online video audio-visual industry TV broadcast or video conferencing
- Excellent communicative and organisation skills.
- Used to work on different projects at the same time.
- Team player with perseverance.
- Pro-active result-driven and flexible.
- A proven track record of managing projects like a pro (do whatever is necessary to exceed customers expectations).
- Fluent in English.
- Depending of the country: Dutch (Netherlands and Belgium) or French (Belgium and France) are also mandatory
- For the Netherlands: open to travel within the country (5%)
- Willing to work alternating shifts (morning afternoon evening)
- Desire to grow yourself and the company.
