Job Summary

Are you an experienced commercial excellence sales force effectiveness or business intelligence professional with a passion for driving growth in the Pharmaceutical or Lifesciences sector IQVIA is seeking a talented Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team.

Location: Delft Netherlands (Onsite 4 days/week)
Employer: IQVIA (working closely with a leading fast-growing client organization)

What Youll Do:

  • Lead the design planning and implementation of commercial excellence initiatives to maximize sales performance and profitability.
  • Develop and implement analytics and insights projects to support business growth and sales targets.
  • Drive the automation and optimization of commercial and manufacturing planning and forecasting processes.
  • Deliver timely actionable insights on sales effectiveness productivity and KPIs recommending improvements based on data analytics.
  • Support commercial data governance ensuring compliance with EU regulations and GDPR.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on data projects demand management brand planning and market development.
  • Educate and empower sales teams to leverage analytics tools effectively.
  • Stay current with market trends and best practices acting as a point of contact for commercial excellence and consultancy.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in business intelligence market/SFE analysis commercial or marketing management within the Pharmaceutical or Lifesciences industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience with business insights analytics and forecasting systems.
  • Knowledge of segmentation targeting SFE principles and CRM/automation/SAP infrastructure systems.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship available).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Delft 4 days per week.
  • Only experienced candidates from the Pharmaceutical or Lifesciences sector will be considered.
