At Breeze were on a mission to make people spend less time on their phones and more time face-to-face.
Breeze is the dating app for people who are done with endless chatting and ghosting. Weve built the worlds first app that organizes real dates at scale. When you match on Breeze you simply pick a time and we set up the date for you at one of our partner bars.
Since launch weve already organized over 500000 real-life dates (and counting!) across The Netherlands Germany Belgium France the UK and New York.
About the role
Were looking for an experienced digital marketeer to steer our efforts over a 7 month period while a colleague is on a parental leave. After the initial 7 month period there can be an option to continue with Breeze dependent on business needs. We are constantly growing and expanding!
Your main responsibility will be running our paid media efforts on digital platforms (Meta Google TikTok) as well as spearheading App Store Optimization (ASO) and landing page optimization efforts.
Successfully launch and maintain full funnel digital campaigns
Create campaigns that broadly reach our target audiences across brand impact drive conversion of valuable in-market segments
Devise and run experiments studies to evaluate efficacy of our efforts
Create recommendations to improve media and creative executions
Identify synergies with above the line media
Refine and execute our direct response strategy
Understand and make the right tradeoffs between new user acquisition costs (CACs) and user life time value (LTV)
Deliver weekly analysis of our growth efforts with clear recommendations and timely follow throughs
Automate recurring tasks to free up space for strategic work
Collaborate with product and operational teams to refine user journeys and reporting infrastructures
Lead ASO and landing page optimization
Optimize the store page contents to generate meaningful improvements in view-to-download ratios
Drive continuous improvement across landing pages personalize experiences for our target segments
About you
Youre an experienced digital marketeer. You know your way around Meta Ads (and other ad managers) Google Sheets AppsFlyer Datastudio Google Analytics. Youre up-to-date on latest digital marketing trends and potential opportunities for Breeze. You have experience managing monthly budgets of 500K.
You have full funnel expertise. You think full funnel and align our platform executions to reach our goals across the funnel. You design experiments to understand the incremental impact of omnichannel marketing (e.g. geo-tests holdout groups lift studies).
Youre a data-driven decision maker. Youre able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data. You deep dive into the data and make decisions based on the insights.
Youre great at organization and planning. You plan organize schedule and budget efficiently. You keep an eye on how channels are performing and make sure our budget is well spent. You create performance reports and update the team regularly. You make plans to reach goals and focus solely on key priorities.
You know a thing or two about App Store Marketing & ASO.
You know a thing or two about landing page optimization.
