Duties and Responsibilities
Content Operations Management Mobile APP & Websites of the end-to-end execution and testing of webpages created through various templates and components. upload test and publish content via workflow across web and app platforms. UAT testing across desktop and mobile devices to ensure accuracy and functionality. sign-off on component deliverables from a content authoring perspective to the development team. with business teams to enable smooth sharing and flow of content assets and metadata. with external vendors/content licensors for creation of videos images and metadata where required. closely with tech and product teams to refine and improve operational workflows. complete responsibility for executing authoring tracks within CMS ensuring defined TAT compliance. and execute operations for multilingual sites effectively. RAID management with stakeholders de-risk content operations and quantify potential risks.
CMS workflow management up CMS workflows for approvals and establish governance for publishing processes. complete ownership of digital asset management and tag governance for the website ecosystem. adherence to ticket management tools and publishing workflows including log maintenance for audit purposes. publishing rights post sign-off from authoring business and QA teams. new opportunities suggest initiatives and implement strategies to optimize CMS usage. a solution-focused approach to resolve authoring challenges and streamline operations. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 1.810 years of relevant experience in end-to-end content operations for websites and mobile apps. experience in leading small teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously (BAU migrations compliance and new initiatives). knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any enterprise-level CMS with hands-on authoring expertise. at AI-driven process improvements leveraging automation and analytics to optimize content operations increase efficiency and enhance decision-making. in content workflows governance localization and operational excellence. in Excel/Google Sheets for handling large volumes of content data. with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems (Jira / Azure Boards) for project and task management. in KPI monitoring reporting and performance management post go-live. ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech product QA business and vendors) and deliver under tight deadlines. stakeholder management communication and escalation handling skills. 11.A proactive self-starter with high energy problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. is a must.
