Role Summary:
As transformation team you will lead the digital and operational transformation of the organisation ensuring the seamless integration of technology with business operations to drive innovation growth and enhanced customer experiences.
This role combines deep understanding of retail and technical acumen to redefine the retail environment creating value through innovative IT solutions data-driven decision-making and optimized customer engagement.
The role focuses on driving key projects - development implementation and continuous improvement of best practices processes and tools across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations across sales inventory and customer service.
- Manage the implement data-driven methodologies to monitor evaluate and improve performance.
2. Innovation and Digital Transformation:
- Research and manage the deploy emerging technologies and innovative solutions to enhance retail operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in the competitive retail IT landscape.
3. Change Management:
- Act as a catalyst for change support adoption of new processes tools and technologies.
- Lead transitioning to improved practices through training and mentoring.
4. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with departments such as Audit marketing supply chain and store operations to ensure cohesive implementation of initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams to foster innovation.
5. Project Management:
- Ensure all project tracker and escalate any deviations from timelines and present status updates.
- Ensure sustainability of execution/ implementation post roll-out and track ROI.
People Management:
The incumbent holds no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to engage effectively within their function and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. This role contributes meaningfully whether through operational contributions and/or by offering specialized expertise guidance and support to ensure alignment with either functional and/or strategic organizational goals and objectives.
