MISSION:As the Internal Project Manager at NuWaves RF Solutions you play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Material Handling sub-domain. Reporting to the Director of Finance this role carries great responsibility in material purchasing manufacturing kits for prototypes and production assemblies shipping receiving and inventory management. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with our Quality Management System driving continuous process improvement and facilitating effective communications on project status related to Material Handling.
KEY SKILLS INCLUDE:
Collaboration: Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with sub-domain workers project managers manufacturing team and NuWaves leadership team to achieve common company goals. High emotional intelligence is a must to navigate solutions effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory tracking auditing and control. Success includes high inventory accuracy and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes including purchasing and materials management. Success includes efficient material procurement to meet project schedules.
Excellence and A-Player Mindset: As the Internal Project Manager you are expected to demonstrate excellence in material handling efficiency inventory management and an have an A-Player Mindset. Your actions and decisions should align with NuWaves RF Solutions values and further the companys vision. YEAR 1 ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. On-Time Delivery Rate (%):Measure the percentage of materials and kits delivered on time to support project timelines.
Accuracy Rate (%):Evaluate the accuracy of inventory records and auditing processes.
Procurement Timeliness:Evaluate the timeliness of material procurement to support project schedules.
Order Accuracy (%):Evaluate the accuracy of work order generation and verification processes.
TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 2 years in a production environment. 1 year as a product/project manager or working closely with project management. Electronics and/or engineering background preferred.

Salary: $50K - $75K
