RETTEW is seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager to lead our Land Development this role you will manage and mentor project managers deliver excellent client service and guide business development efforts. This leadership position combines technical expertise with team and client relationship management to make an impact in the communities we serve.

Position Summary / What Youll Do
As Senior Team Manager Land Development (internally known as Land Development Team Lead) you will oversee a team of project managers and technical staff ensuring top-quality project delivery client satisfaction and financial performance. Youll serve as a role model and mentor driving both technical excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities / Day-to-Day
- Lead coach and mentor project managers and staff to foster career growth and strong team performance
- Oversee delivery of complex and high-profile land development projects
- Model collaborative communicative and motivational leadership behaviors
- Ensure adherence to RETTEWs standards policies and quality practices
- Collaborate across regions to leverage expertise and resources
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and cross-selling
- Track and achieve financial performance goals holding direct reports accountable to operational metrics
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional registration or certification in a relevant field
- Management-level experience in land development or related discipline
- Strong technical expertise in land development engineering
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Business development experience including client relationship management and understanding of consulting services
