Location:Hybrid Leeds 1-2x/week
Duration:6 months initially
Role Overview
As Product Lead youll take ownership of a portfolio of data-driven products and services. Youll bring bothstrategic visionandhands-on product leadership balancing delivery momentum with long-term value. Working across multiple teams and disciplines youll champion a data-centric approach to product development ensuring the right outcomes are delivered for both end users and the wider system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and delivery for a complex portfolio ofdata products and services
- Define and own product roadmaps prioritisation and outcome-focused backlogs
- Navigate a wide and complex stakeholder landscape across NHS central government and delivery partners
- Champion data-driven product thinking embedding a culture of measurement and continuous improvement
- Work acrossmulti-disciplinary teams(engineering architecture design policy and data) to align delivery with strategic goals
- Provide leadership and coaching to product managers building capability and fostering a high-performing culture
- Translate complex technical and data concepts into clear actionable business outcomes for senior stakeholders
Required Experience
- 68 years of pure product management experience with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role
- Proven track record ofproactive product deliveryin large complex organisations (NHS central government or similarly regulated/public sector environments)
- Specialist indata-centric products data platforms or data services
- Strong product acumen able to balance user needs technical constraints and business objectives
- Superb stakeholder management skills able to influence align and gain trust across diverse and senior stakeholder groups
- Experience leading across multiple teams and cross-functional programmes
- Adynamic data-obsessed digital nativewith the ability to set vision and drive outcomes
