Deine Aufgaben

• Untersttzung bei der Einfhrung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Tools insbesondere Microsoft Power Apps und Project for the Web
• Fhrende Position bei der technischen Implementierung und Konfiguration dieser Tools
• Erster Ansprechpartner zwischen PMO-Team Key-Usern und externen Lieferanten um einen reibungslosen Entwicklungs- und Implementierungsprozess zu gewhrleisten
• First-Level-Benutzersupport: Beantwortung von Benutzeranfragen und Koordination/Eskalation von Problemen nach Bedarf
• Erstellung von Benutzerhandbchern Dokumentationen und Schulungsmaterialien zur Untersttzung der Tool-Einfhrung
• Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und den damit verbundenen Tools

Deine Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fachbereich wie Betriebswirtschaft Projekt- und/oder Prozessmanagement IT Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel) ausgeprgtes technisches Interesse und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit der Microsoft Power Platform (z. B. Power Apps Power Automate) oder Project for the Web
• Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeit Eigenmotivation und Teamfhigkeit
• Strukturiertes analytisches Denken in Verbindung mit einer gewissenhaften und selbststndigen Arbeitsweise
• Ausgezeichnete mndliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Von Vorteil: Power BI-Kenntnisse

Your tasks:

• Support in the introduction and further development of project management tools especially Microsoft Power Apps and Project for the Web
• Leading position in the technical implementation and configuration of these tools
• Being first point of contact between PMO team Key users and External supplier to ensure smooth development and implementation process
• First-level user support: answering user inquiries and coordinating/escalating issues as needed
• Creation of user guides documentation and training materials to support the tool roll-out
• Contribution to the enhancement of project management methodologies and the associated toolset

Your Qualifications:

• Ongoing studies in business-related fields such as business administration project and/or process management IT industrial engineering or a comparable discipline ideally with a focus on project or process management
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) with a strong technical interest and ideally first experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps Power Automate) or Project for the Web
• Strong communication skills self-motivation and ability to work in a team
• A structured analytical mindset combined with a conscientious and independent working style
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Nice to have: Power BI knowledge
