Job Summary

Role Overview:

We are introducing the Manager Workflow role to strengthen process governance enhance data transparency and drive performance across our operations. This newly established position is designed to streamline workflows reduce inefficiencies and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is highly dynamic and will evolve in response to emerging operational needs. The Manager Workflow is expected to proactively shape and implement new processes mechanisms and performance structures that do not yet exist. Success in this role requires a forward-thinking mindset adaptability and the ability to build from a blank slate.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor analyze and optimize operational workflows to ensure efficient resource allocation

Design implement and manage KPIs for teams and individuals to drive performance visibility

Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support leadership decision-making

Identify process inefficiencies and lead data-driven improvement initiatives

Create and institutionalize new operational mechanisms and governance structures

Automate reporting processes to reduce administrative workload for team leads

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Proactively manage performance risks and recommend corrective actions

Continuously adapt the role and its scope to meet evolving business requirements

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Data Analytics or a related field (Masters preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations performance management or process improvement roles

Proven track record in building new processes and driving change in complex environments

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel)

Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)

Solid understanding of operational metrics and performance analytics

Soft Skills:

High adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale new structures

Strong sense of ownership and initiative
