About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and highly organisedExecutive Support Officerto join our dynamicResearch Assurance this role youll provide high-level administrative and executive support to theGroup Director Research Assurance and team membershelping drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
What Youll Do
As Executive Support Officer you will:
Provide confidential high-level support to the Group Director and team
Prepare and coordinate correspondence reports and presentations
Manage calendars prioritise requests and track deadlines
Support procurement recruitment project and financial administration
Maintain databases generate reports and manage key systems
Coordinate meetings travel events and stakeholder engagement
