Description

Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Senior Manager of Culture Engagement and Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) who will lead initiatives that cultivate a workplace where every individual feels respected heard and empowered to this strategic and hands-on leadership role you will drive DEIA and employee engagement efforts across the organization. Partnering closely with senior leadership People Strategies/HR Communications and cross-functional teams youll help shape a culture grounded in belonging recognition and continuous growth.

This hybrid role offers a 4-day 40-hour workweek Monday Thursday and includes the flexibility to work remotely as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora CO and/or at off-site locations.

Culture & Engagement

  • Lead initiatives that cultivate a positive inclusive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement and retention.

  • Design and implement staff surveys and feedback channels; analyze insights and co-create action plans with leadership.

  • Build cross-departmental partnerships to align culture with mission and values.

  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to review recognition and retention metrics and inform improvement strategies.

  • Manage employee recognition tools and programs to celebrate contributions and foster connection.

Diversity Equity Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA)

  • Serve as the project manager for DEIA and Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) initiatives.

  • Facilitate committee onboarding meetings and collaboration with executive sponsors.

  • Develop and implement DEIA programming training and communications in partnership with internal stakeholders.

  • Stay current on DEIA trends and regulations; recommend proactive strategies for compliance and learning.

  • Collaborate with HR Total Rewards Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to embed DEIA principles across systems and practices.

  • Contribute to DEIA communications and the annual diversity report.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Social Psychology or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading DEIA initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DEIA concepts and issues.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong interpersonal and change management skills.
  • Ability to translate employee feedback into actionable strategies.

Preferred

  • Experience implementing culture engagement or DEIA initiatives in a complex organization (600 employees).
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance trust engagement and belonging.
  • Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate.
  • Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years.

Upon request qualifying need and approval driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.

We are a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) for long-term care services and are one of Colorados Community Centered Boards (CCB) connecting people to federal state county and private funding. We are also Colorados largest Early Intervention (EI) provider and help connect young children to essential resources serving the City of Aurora in addition.
