The Role
The successful candidate will be supporting an experienced fee earner as part of a busy diverse and proactive team.
Main duties (with supervision) include:
- Opening files and AML compliance
- Dealing with post completion and exchange tasks
- Preparing and reviewing reports on titles mortgages and searches.
- Communicating with clients agents and lenders
- General administration
The Requirements
- Conveyancing experience in legal environment
