Intellectual Property Docketing Paralegal
We are seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal (Remote Texas) with strong IP docketing experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment enjoys working collaboratively and wants to grow their expertise in patent prosecution support.
As part of our team you will play a key role in ensuring smooth patent prosecution processes working on critical deadlines and contributing to the success of high-value intellectual property matters.
Key Resonsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the patent prosecution process
- Ability to analyze USPTO documents and identify critical deadlines
- Generate and edit reports in database systems
- Multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate as a strong team player with interpersonal effectiveness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong technical skills a plus
- Formal technical training is an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 5 years of IP docketing experience (preferably in a law firm)
- Extensive patent prosecution paralegal experience
- Law office experience: 3 years (required)
- Patent Prosecution Paralegal: 3 years (required)
- IP Docketing: 3 years (required)
