Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in the selection process.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company and attract talent.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone video in-person).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
