How youll add value
Support in the establishment and maintenance of robust group-wide accounting policies and guidelines.
Ensure timeliness of all involved parties in order to prepare the monthly/quarterly/annually consolidated financial statements according to IFRS.
Develop and manage financial reports for board meetings investor relations and other relevant stakeholders.
Be a contact for accounting and auditing issues for our internal teams subsidiaries auditors tax authorities and other external parties with regard to consolidation and the accounting guidelines used.
Continuously help to improve and automate internal (control) processes to provide accurate and timely financial overviews.
Youll be successful in this role if you
Have solid practical experience in (group) accounting according to IFRS ideally with a background in auditing financial accounting/advisory or transaction service line.
Possess strong communication skills self-motivation and a result-oriented working style.
Are motivated to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing international environment.
Are fluent in English
Have experience with consolidation tools such as LucaNet (a strong plus).
