Job Description
ASSA ABLOY is the worlds leading provider of access solutions. For our subsidiary DoorBird we are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative(m/f/d) at our Jacksonville FL location to start as soon as possible.
DoorBird develops manufactures and markets high-quality IP video door entry systems worldwide.

About You:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferably in the tech industry
- Positive outlook strong internal drive and team player mindset
- A people person with genuine interest in helping customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and phone communication
- Highly productive proactive and enthusiastic about technology
- Based in or near Jacksonville Florida
About the Opportunity:
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Reach out to warm and cold leads
- Develop strong product knowledge to address technical questions
- Provide professional communication and service when assisting customers
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Follow up on customer requests for product information and purchase guidance
- Support the sales team in identifying and growing opportunities within the territory
- Contribute to overall revenue growth throughout the Americas Australia and New Zealand
