Job Description
Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for precision and operational excellence A leading player in the aluminium sheet manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Factory Manager with strong experience operating and managing aluminium CNC machinery.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily factory operations driving productivity maintaining quality standards and ensuring health and safety compliance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams within a fast-paced aluminium fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all factory operations to ensure efficient workflow and output
Lead and motivate production teams to meet daily weekly and monthly targets
Ensure optimal operation of aluminium CNC machines and troubleshoot issues as needed
Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain product standards
Enforce compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in aluminium manufacturing particularly with CNC machinery
- Tertiary qualification
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
