Duties And Responsibilities
Greeting Visitors : Welcome guests and clients as they arrive ensuring a positive first impression of the organization. Answering Phone Calls : Manage incoming calls directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel and taking messages when necessary. Customer Service : Address inquiries and resolve issues from students and visitors providing information about services and directing them to the right personnel. Maintaining Reception Area : Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean organized and welcoming at all times.
