About the Role Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is searching for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our physician-owned multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a respected organization that has served the Central Wisconsin community for decades.
As CEO you will work alongside physician shareholders a talented leadership team and a dedicated staff to shape the future of eye care in our region. Youll oversee strategic growth operational excellence financial performance and community engagement all while ensuring we deliver exceptional patient experiences.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement strategies that advance our mission and vision.
- Partner with the CFO COO and physician leaders to guide clinic operations and financial health.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Lead innovation in patient care delivery quality improvement and practice expansion.
- Represent ECOW in the community and across the healthcare landscape.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Finance or related field (masters preferred).
- 7 years of leadership experience in ophthalmology medical practice or related healthcare environment.
- A proven record of building relationships driving results and leading with integrity.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
