The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be provided with full training in all aspects of PRTRs recruitment business. The role is divided into the following key areas of responsibility:

- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and clients.
- Meeting sales and recruitment targets through a proactive approach.
- Sourcing screening and interviewing candidates through various channels (job boards social media networking etc.).
- Assessing candidate skills experience and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Providing interview coaching and resume feedback to candidates.
- Managing candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
- Following up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition into new roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Experience in B2B sales or recruitment roles is preferable.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment management software.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Outgoing personality with a cheerful attitude.
- Well-organized and customer-oriented.
