Administrative Specialist supports the Divisions of Employment & Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD) Services for the Blind (DSB) and the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) by providing essential administrative and operational assistance. The role is primarily responsible for maintaining the inventory of state property used by the divisions processing small-dollar purchase requests and coordinating other procurement needs as required by the section.
In addition this position serves as a backup for the EIPD front desk ensuring seamless customer service and daily operations. This work is critical to supporting the divisions ability to deliver services effectively; failure to fill the position would create operational gaps impact service delivery and compromise the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) mission to support individuals and communities across the state.
