Your Mission: Accelerate the impact of our Commercial Engine
This is not a traditional RevOps role. You are not a support function. You are the strategic mastermind and operational force multiplier for our entire Go-to-Market organisation (incl. Sales Partnerships Customer Success).
Your mission is to dismantle operational friction redesign our commercial processes from first principles and build a scalable data-driven machine that propels Mollie into the next gear of growth. You are the architect of how we win.
What Youll Do
Lead and deliver complex projects across Sales Customer Success and Partnerships that improve how we operate as a commercial organisation.
Translate high-level goals into structured programs with clear milestones accountabilities and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate stakeholders across functions ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
Track progress identify risks and proactively remove roadblocks to keep initiatives on course.
Prepare updates insights and recommendations for senior leadership to guide decision-making.
Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting learnings and building repeatable playbooks for future initiatives.
What Youll Bring
Experience managing cross-functional projects in Revenue Operations Sales Operations Strategy or a related field.
Strong program management skills: able to structure ambiguity set priorities and keep multiple initiatives moving.
Experience working with commercial teams and understanding their challenges.
Analytical mindset: comfortable using data to measure impact and support recommendations.
Clear communicator who can adapt messages for different audiences and build alignment.
Proactive and accountable: you take ownership of delivery and outcomes.
