Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team you will join other outstanding Revolutionariesin a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
This position will provide escalated call center and administrative support to the Facilities Site Services Team including but not limited to work request flow/ prioritization coordination of vendor and supplier services providing reports and spreadsheets and assisting in the review and presentation of Operations initiatives.
Assist the Facilities Site Services Department with administrative support. Organizing tracking and responding to work orders and delegating to day-porter team when necessary.
Assist in the coordination of onboarding/departure processing office moves and associated services including space planning.
Oversee conference room management to include room set-up requirements supplies and cleaning as needed. Scheduling time for set-up and breakdown of rooms.
Provide support for cultural events and company gatherings as needed.
Follow up and coordinate with vendors suppliers and service providers on outstanding tasks on campus wide. Ensuring adherence to service agreement.
Keeping inventory of site services supplies and ordering when necessary.
Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information responsibly and with integrity.
Required Skills Experience and Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4 years of related experience; or AA degree in related discipline and two years of related experience or equivalent total years of relevant experience; or may require certification in assigned area.
Prioritizes workloads and manages priority conflicts for individual work.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Applies acquired job skills and company policies/procedures to complete tasks.
Reads and interprets documents as needed for the job.
MS Office; Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Limited use of technical principles theories and concepts.
Develops solutions to routine problems of limited scope.
Preferred Skills:
