Team Carney a dynamic performance development company supporting government contracts is seeking a Student Success Academic Program Coordinator. Our coordinators possess a combination of skills and experience that enable them to effectively support a military academic program.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD.
THIS POSITION IS REMOTE AND FULL TIME(Part time opportunity MAY be available).
Duties:
- Provide resources support guidance and critical problem-solving discussions to assist students in finding their degree major
- Assist students by providing program information andinformation at Partnership Institutions
- Assist with developing a plan of study and enrollment in courses
- Work well within the team of enrollment or Student Success (STS) coaches Registrar Tech Team Admissions/Enrollment Command Senior Enlisted Leader.
Provide administrative services including but not limited to consolidated insights prepare and publish agendas as well as attend staff / group information sessions and live virtual meetings.
- Update Expiration of Active Obligate Service (EOAS) or End of Active Service (EAS) dates for applicants and students to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Preemptively follow up with any of their students who are perceived to be struggling at risk of not passing or not actively participating in the course.
Monitor command approval change request forms and update data records in a timely manner to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation (including fingerprints) if a current Security clearance is not active.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- One year of experience as a Student Success Coordinator Academic Advisor Registrar etc.
- Student coordinators will possess familiarity with current educational technologies such as Salesforce Amazon Connect Confluence and Microsoft suite.
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with military background (prior service military spouse DOD/DON civilian experience etc.).

Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location and clearance level as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. Expected Salary range of $70000 - $85000 annually.
