Recruitment - Empowering Talent
Were looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Recruitment Specialist to help shape and deliver high-impact inclusive recruitment services across the council. This is a key role for someone who thrives on building strong relationships driving innovation and ensuring we attract the right talent to support our workforce priorities.
In this role youll lead the delivery of innovative targeted recruitment campaigns that attract and retain top talent. Working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues youll provide expert advice on sourcing strategies candidate engagement and employer branding. Youll use your understanding of recruitment trends data insights and digital platforms to shape effective attraction strategies and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is a varied and forward-thinking role where youll contribute to continuous improvement support strategic workforce planning and help position the council as an employer of choice.
