About the Role:
Were looking for a detail-driven finance professional to safeguard OMDs operations by ensuring timely supplier payments and preventing the return of unbilled media that should be paid. Youll take ownership of all 90-day unbilled AP balances across clients produce insightful monthly reports and work closely with senior finance leaders to reconcile and resolve outstanding issues. From reviewing DoubleVerify and Barter data to managing supplier queries onboarding and process improvements youll be the key link between OMD our suppliers and internal teamskeeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
About You
Youre experienced in media payables and thrive on accuracy organisation and collaboration. With strong numerical and Excel skills (VLOOKUPs IF formulas Pivot Tables) you manage deadlines with ease and communicate clearly across finance and non-finance teams alike. Youll bring a proactive problem-solving mindsetready to streamline processes share knowledge internally and help elevate financial operations across OMD.

Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office two working remotely) to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
