Are you a delivery-focused product leader who knows how to turn data into action Were looking for a Data Product Lead to help shape and deliver high-impact data products that drive smarter decisions better member experiences and operational efficiency.
Youll lead a small team and work closely with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders to define requirements guide development and continuously improve our data products. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and knows how to balance speed with quality.
What youll do:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products from requirements to launch and ongoing support
Manage and mentor a small team
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable high-quality solutions
Track product performance support user testing and drive continuous improvement
Engage stakeholders across the business to understand needs and communicate updates
Champion agile delivery and product thinking across the Data & AI team

This role is ideal for someone with experience in data analytics or product development who is looking to deepen their expertise in data product management and make a real impact.
What youll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems Business Data Analytics or related field
5 years experience in a data analytics or digital product role
Strong understanding of data lifecycles reporting tools and product concepts
Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams
Communication skills that build strong stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in SQL Excel Tableau PowerBI (or similar)
Its a bonus if you have:
Experience in health insurance financial services or regulated industries
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data catalogues
Familiarity with AWS Snowflake or modern cloud-based data platforms
