Senior Product Manager Platform
Fastly is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to drive the transformation of our Products and Services as we define the state of the art in Edge Platforms.
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for driving customer requirements synthesizing product roadmaps and delivery of capabilities spanning the entire spectrum of Fastlys platforms and partner integrations. This role will have a significant impact on Fastlys strategic initiatives customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
What Youll Do
- Lead billing and pricing system improvements to support model iterations and reduce complexity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business systems product and engineering teams to deliver scalable reliable solutions
- Act as a diplomat and problem-solver where priorities and perspectives may conflict ensuring alignment and progress
- Drive long-term internal tooling initiatives including:
- Internal system enhancements to accelerate sales and proofs of concept
- Account manager dashboards with risk signals and customer insights
- Internal enablement systems to improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with data and measurement teams to deliver dashboards and reporting that drive informed decision-making
- Maintain high internal visibility by translating complex needs into actionable product roadmaps that serve multiple teams
What Were Looking For
We are looking for an intuitive product leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are passionate about crafting elegant user experiences and have a strong track record of delivering user-friendly data-driven improvements that drive adoption and retention.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent experience
- 35 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in cloud and/or B2B businesses
- Experience with SaaS cloud platforms or developer toolsideally with exposure to both UI and API-first product development and how developer workflows relate to pricing strategy
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire across teams
Well Be Super Impressed If You Have:
- Understanding of building cloud services and applications in an enterprise environment
- A strong sense for UX and interaction design especially in developer-focused or infrastructure products
- Familiarity with modern DevOps workflows edge platforms or distributed systems
Work Hours:
This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

Fastly currently embraces a hybrid model for most roles allowing employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home.
Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $167790 to $201348.00.
Starting salary may vary based on permissible non-discriminatory factors such as experience skills qualifications and location.
This role may be eligible to participate in Fastlys equity and discretionary bonus programs.
