Job Description
Director of Maintenance supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of hotel timeshare and buildings located on the premises.
To be a successful Director the candidate needs to be skilled hard-working and have outstanding problem-solving abilities and expected to uphold the Samoset standards ofexcellence.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and perform maintenance tasks including but not limited to: painting electrical plumbingHVAC pool & spa (minor repairs)
- Troubleshoot and repair company machinery equipment or appliances
- While walking throughout the property make note of items in need of attention
- Respond to guest room calls/maintenance calls in a timely manner
- Keep all maintenance storage areas neat and clean
- Be an active participant in inventory control
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Extremely organized with good communication skills
- Detailed oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Must be a team player
- Must be available nights weekend and holidays based on needs
