Duties and Responsibilities
1. Business DevelopmentManage the Product function and processes having in depth knowledge of Lease businessOnboard the Corporates with respect to Documentation and other checksIdentify gaps and misses to enhance business efficiency Being well informed of competition and market practices2. Interdepartmental workRegular interaction with colleagues in other departments like Credit Risk Legal Operations. 3. Dashboards Develop and publish Leasing related generated Management Information Systems (MIS) with the management for review and analysis.4. Team ManagementProvide ongoing coaching and training to ensure the teams Industry updates with the Team
