Were bringing 7-Eleven to Geraldton WA and this is your chance to lead the launch of our very first store in the region opening late October to early November 2025.

Were on the hunt for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our brand-new corporate-owned store and make it a local favourite from the very first Slurpee poured.

  • Launch and lead our first Geraldton store build the culture from the ground up

The right candidate will have:

  • Passion and excitement for customer service
  • Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)
  • Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
