Job Description
We offer:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor maintain and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Safety Quality Delivery Fill Rate and Productivity daily
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Engineering Sales Field Operations) to support data-driven initiatives
- Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel Power BI or similar platforms
- Participate in projects to streamline data collection reporting and operational workflows
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Assist in various administrative and operational tasks related to ADC procurement
- Other duties as assigned
Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required
- 2 years of experience in analytics accounting supply chain management or related field in a fast-paced high-growth operational environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP system
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify potential issues and root causes
Education / Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Consulting or project management experience is a plus
