To accelerate our growth we are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a hunter mindset and a passion for driving new business.
Your mission
You own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and develop strategic account plans to win high-impact deals. By partnering with marketing product and customer success you ensure a seamless client journey and lasting relationships while positioning Spacewell as a thought leader in smart workplace and energy solutions.
What youll do
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects mapping solutions to their real business challenges.
- Lead and own the end-to-end sales process: demos proposals negotiations closing.
- Develop and execute business and account plans to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Represent Spacewell at client meetings webinars and industry events.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
What were looking for
- 58 years of B2B SaaS/enterprise sales success ideally in PropTech smart building or workplace solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with modern sales methodologies (MEDD(P)ICC SPIN etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Tech-savvy CRM-fluent and eager to leverage AI sales tools.
- Growth mindset collaborative and results-driven.
- Background in business technology or facilities/real estate is a plus.
