Job Summary
As a Carpet Communication Specialist you will be responsible for the creation planning and execution of marketing and communication projects within the Carpet Business Unit. You will develop and implement communication campaigns for product launches and other product-related initiatives ensuring impactful and consistent messaging across all internal and external audiences.
You will work closely with colleagues from Category Management Sustainability Design and Technical Development while also liaising with external communication agencies and partners. Supporting local marketing teams across EMEA will be a key part of your role ensuring successful roll-out and alignment of communication plans.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute communication plans for product launches and related projects.
Define content and communication strategies while managing and monitoring budgets.
Manage external agencies and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Present communication plans to sales networks gain buy-in and support local implementation.
Build joint activities with business partners (e.g. content and events).
Monitor and report on results including analysis and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure consistent and timely delivery of communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in communications preferably in an international matrix environment.
Strong project management skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Copywriting experience and affinity with visual design and photography.
Confident presenter and communicator with a proactive hands-on attitude.
Flexible able to multitask and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Affinity with architecture and interior design is a plus.
