You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProvide support to the onboarding/offboarding and contracting process
Support the administration and set up of commissions for existing and incoming life licensed individuals verifying values are correct and setting up selling agent commissions data
Facilitate and process client changes contracts and transfers
Work directly with multiple insurance carriers across Canada
Apply critical thinking to screen contracts and related documents to ensure compliance contractual and regulatory standards are met
Enter and maintain data into multiple administration systems; review and analyze data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies; ensure database is updated and validated with correct information and produce data reports
Maintain a full understanding of contracting transfers regulatory licensing compliance and privacy rules/laws contract changes transfers of business and consolidations
Participate in industry changes including new partnerships and mergers and acquisitions
Be responsible for key distribution partner contracts and contracting changes
Maintain an organized filing system for easy referral and retrieval
Provide prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries through verbal and/or written communication
Provide superior customer support for internal and external partners
Support multiple teams to provide business requirements and test scenarios for projects product launches and system maintenance releases; validate that changes have made a positive enhancement to the user experience
Support and provide technical training to the team and investigate and analyze complex cases and acting as first level escalation
Post-Secondary degree or related work experience
Proven experience in customer service
Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
Proven experience in insurance/financial services industry
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word Excel and Outlook
To be a self-starter/self-motivated
Strong teamwork collaboration and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong communication skills - verbal & written
Attention to detail and follow throughcoupled with excellent organizational skills
