The Business Development Team Lead role is an opportunity to directly shape the future growth of Amy Stockberger Real this position you will be responsible for expanding the reach of our innovative Lifetime Home Support model through strategic business development partnership building and market expansion. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with proven sales expertise the ability to foster meaningful relationships and the vision to create lasting impact through scalable growth initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS
The Key Accountabilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:
Market Growth and Strategy
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence to identify emerging trends untapped opportunities and high-value target segments.
- Design and implement comprehensive data-driven strategies that prioritize profitability and long-term scalability.
- Stay ahead of competitive and industry developments to ensure strategies remain innovative and disruptive.
Business Development and Partnership
- Identify negotiate and secure strategic alliances partnerships and acquisition opportunities to strengthen the Lifetime Home Support model.
- Build andmaintain high-value business relationships that drive revenue growth and expand market influence.
- Develop persuasive proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the unique value of our model to prospective partners.
Innovation and Service Expansion- Collaborate with executive leadership to conceptualize design and launch new products and service lines.
- Ensure all innovations align with the Lifetime Home Support model and reinforce the companys client-first approach.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance client retention referrals and recurring revenue streams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of business development initiatives.
- Maintain strong alignment between departments to maximize efficiency andimpact.
- Serve as a bridge between strategic vision and operational execution.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead mentor and support team members to achieve peak performance.
