Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Rayong.
We are currently looking for a Facilities & Utilities Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary
Overseeing and maintaining plant facility systems and infrastructure to ensure operational readiness in compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards. Leading CAPEX projects implementing maintenance programs and driving continuous improvement in facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining facility systems and infrastructure for seamless operations.
- Leading preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with operational goals.
- Providing technical solutions and troubleshooting equipment issues to support 24/7 operations.
- Developing and implementing policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Planning and executing CAPEX projects including technical support budgeting and reporting.
- Monitoring resource consumption and recommending improvements.
- Ensuring safety quality and emergency readiness through regular inspections and HSE compliance.
- Training and leading the team in technical and safety practices.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering fields.
- 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and project management.
- Knowledge of high voltage systems HVAC energy saving and PET manufacturing (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD MS Project and SAP.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and English communication skills.
