The Project Manager provides executive-level leadership for the DRAS-M IL-5 tenant ensuring all mission technical and contractual obligations are delivered with excellence. This individual will oversee all program aspects including financial management risk oversight staffing reporting and compliance with DoD and DFAS standards.
Serve as the single point of accountability for DFAS leadership and contracting staff.
Lead manage and mentor all contractor personnel supporting the program.
Ensure adherence to contract performance standards and deliverables.
Oversee development of project schedules risk plans and resource allocations.
Provide financial oversight including budget planning and cost control.
Develop and present reports dashboards and performance briefings.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with DFAS and CSP stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
PMP certification.
10 years IT program/project management experience.
5 years supporting DoD cloud/IL-5 environments.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps Zero Trust and RMF compliance.
Masters degree in IT or Program Management.
Experience managing DFAS or DoD financial modernization programs.
