Job Description
Job Opportunity: Locum Urologist in Greenville SC
Join a renowned healthcare facility in the heart of Greenville South Carolina! This hospital-based practice at St. Francis Downtown is seeking a Urologist for locum coverage. The facility is well-equipped with onsite lab and x-ray services offering a supportive environment with a focus on adult and geriatric care. With a dedicated team of five urologists you will provide crucial inpatient support during a provider vacancy ensuring consistent and high-quality care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide urological care focused on adult and geriatric patients.
- Perform general urology and ureteroscopy procedures.
- Collaborate with other urologists and medical staff for optimal patient outcomes.
- Support inpatient services 7 days a week.
- Manage emergency cases as required.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (REQUIRED).
- Active South Carolina medical license (willing to consider candidates seeking SC licensure).
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (REQUIRED).
- DEA certification (REQUIRED).
- Availability for up to 6 days of coverage per month (REQUIRED).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED.
- Active South Carolina license or willingness to obtain.
- ACLS BLS - REQUIRED.
- DEA - REQUIRED.
