About the Role
A school of Good Samaritan Education Rosebank College seeks expressions of interest for the position of a permanent full-time (1.0FTE) Gifted Education Teacher to join the Diverse Learning Faculty in Term 1 2026. This role will work collaboratively within the Diverse Learning Coordinator and Team across all departments and year groups undertaking responsibilities within the team as required by the Diverse Learning Coordinator.
The Diverse Learning Faculty fosters a culture of continuous improvement committed to student-centered practice. The Gifted Education Teacher identifies High-Potential Learners within the College. This role works collaboratively with classroom teachers learning support staff and school leadership to promote an inclusive and differentiated approach to teaching and learning that nurtures academic excellence creativity critical thinking and social-emotional development among gifted students. Understanding the needs and challenges faced by students whose talents and skills in specific areas exceed those of their peers is essential to this role.
