Summary of Position: Were looking for a detail-oriented organized and mission-aligned Content Operations & Community Manager to help bring our growing community ecosystem to life. This tactical role supports the planning production and delivery of educational and ministry resources on our digital platform Lantern. From scheduling new content to coordinating contractors and supporting instructors youll be a core part of the engine that keeps our content projects on track on budget and aligned with our mission to equip ministry leaders across personal professional and spiritual dimensions. This role involves coordination with projects across all 21CC initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Content Coordination & Delivery
- Maintain and manage the editorial calendar for platform content (including articles micro-courses videos podcasts)
- Organize and track content production timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate internal review formatting and publishing workflows
- Ensure all content is developed and delivered within defined budgets
- Contributor & Contractor Support
- Onboard coordinate and commission content contributors videographers writers and assessors
- Track contracts assignments and payments in collaboration with Program Director
- Support instructors and assessors by ensuring they have what they need to create grade and provide feedback effectively within the platform
- Platform & Publishing Support
- Upload and format content within the platform according to guidelines
- Assist with quality control checks and ensure all materials meet accessibility and formatting standards
- Track and maintain content documentation versioning and storage
- Content Planning & Strategic Input
- Contribute to content projections capacity needs and resource planning to support leadership in budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Advocate for resourcing needs tied to high-priority content initiatives
- Maintain clear documentation of content workflows contributor rosters and status updates for internal planning
- Collaboration & Rollout Support
- Partner with marketing and events coordinator for rollout promotion and pricing strategies for major content launches
- Support adoption of new learning tracks content hubs or credential programs through collaboration with internal teams
- Partner with faculty and champions to identify non-academic track content opportunities as a complement to academic content creation or availability
- Platform Communications & Engagement
- Manage weekly content announcements platform messages and newsletter updates to keep the community informed and engaged
- Surface member feedback related to content accessibility format and interest areas
- Metrics & Feedback
- Track and report on content performance and engagement (views completion rates feedback revenue) to guide improvements
- Create a regular feedback loop with users and contributors to evaluate quality and relevance
- Assist with occasional user sessions working sessions or polls to gather insight on future content needs
- Community Network Engagement
- Foster meaningful conversation and participation across the platform by posting prompts highlights and event updates
- Welcome new members help orient them to key features while ensuring they experience a smooth first impression
- Monitor communication discussions to elevate insights identify opportunities for engagement and flag needs or gaps
- Coordinate platform-wide messaging including newsletters content announcements or follow-up to events
- Provide light support for members navigating the platform or accessing content
- Partner with faculty champions and internal teams to create an environment of safety encouragement and connection
- Operational Assistance
- Help identify process improvements for smoother content production and delivery
- Provide how-to guides for engaging with the platform
- Establish operational flows to onboard streamline and track content creation formatting delivery and promotion
- Serve as 3rd party liaison between Mighty Networks and the Seminary applying platform updates as needed

Education - Associate or Bachelors in a related area e.g. business marketing
Experience - Three to four (3-4) years experience in content production program coordination publishing or project support (educational or ministry context a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple moving pieces
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. OneDrive Airtable Forms Google Workspace etc.)
Required Skills - Clear communicator and collaborator; able to follow up with both creative and administrative professionals and professional executive presence
- Familiarity with online learning platforms community platforms or LMS tools is a plus
