We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in regulatory frameworks healthcare operations and business process design to lead cross-functional development teams in delivering scalable compliant and operationally efficient products. This is a critical role at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution ensuring delivery of solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements while supporting complex operational workflows across the healthcare domain.
This position can be located in all US CGI offices.
Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams translating regulatory and operational requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
Drive the product roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities compliance mandates and operational pain points.
Collaborate with stakeholders in regulatory compliance claims processing call center management billing and underwriting to gather and prioritize business needs.
Lead business process modeling and reengineering efforts to optimize healthcare workflows and ensure system scalability.
Own the product backlog define sprint goals and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality product increments.
Partner with cross-functional teams including design architecture and QA to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Continuously monitor product performance user feedback and compliance trends to refine product strategy.
years of experience in a Technical Product Owner Business Analyst or Product Management role.
Proven experience working in regulated industries preferably in healthcare (HIPAA CMS state-level mandates etc.).
Deep understanding of healthcare operational domains such as:
o Call center workflows
o Claims and billing systems
o Member and provider management
o Underwriting processes
Strong track record of designing and optimizing business processes for efficiency and compliance.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum framework and tools like JIRA Confluence or similar.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex system designs and integrations.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms or technologies (e.g. Facets Epic TriZetto Salesforce Health Cloud).
Background in data privacy audits and managing compliance risk.
Familiarity with business process management tools (e.g. BPMN Visio Lucidchart).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79300.00 - $208300.00.
